Q: How often can I use my Healthy Discounts Dental & Optical Plan?
You can use your discount card as often as you choose. There are no limits on how often you and your family use the discount plan.

Q: Once I select a practitioner, am I assigned to that health care professional?
You may select any dentist or optician from the network. You can change practitioners at any time, and household members can select their own dentist or optician as well.

Q: How do I know I’ve received my discount?
